WHEN I HEAR SELF CARE, A COUPLE DIFFERENT THINGS COME TO MIND. I THINK SELF CARE CAN DEPEND ON WHAT YOU'RE STRUGGLING WITH. FOR SOMEONE WHO SUFFERS WITH ANXIETY, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY OR EATING HEALTHY MEALS CAN BE SELF CARE OPTIONS. FOR SOMEONE WHO SUFFERS WITH DEPRESSION, TAKING A BUBBLE BATH, OR GETTING YOUR HOME CLEAN COULD BE SELF CARE.
SELF CARE LOOKS DIFFERENT FOR EVERYONE SO YOU SHOULD DO WHAT HELPS YOU. HERE ARE SOME SELF CARE IDEAS THAT HELPS ME.

I challenge you to make 3 different checklists. Yes even write them out or type in your phone!
So whatever your self care may look like, I hope this gives you some ideas you can corporate into your life. Maybe you have to start small and that's good too as long as you start. It's not a bad thing to make yourself a priority!
